Greenbox First Aid has put together a simple selection of practical based First Aid courses aimed at the individual, company or organisation that requires first aid training to gain skills and the confidence to be able to provide vital life support at the scene of an accident or medical emergency and to fulfill legal obligations.
Courses take place at your workplace, clubhouse or other suitable venue saving travel time, costs and allowing for courses to be adapted to meet your specific requirements.
On 1st October 2009, the HSE introduced new arrangements to the first aid training regime. First-aiders provided by an employer in the workplace will need to hold a certificate of competence in either:
First Aid at Work (FAW – reduced from a four-day to a three-day course) or
Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW – a one-day course).
